help my computer is screwed! please help me out?
ok my laptop is over-run by viruses and stuff.
ive tried installing the likes of avg etc...
i need to know if theres anything i can do that will wipe my computer while keeping the likes of windows installed.
please dont suggest anti viruses because the chances are, ive tried it.
i found a setting saying factory sealed settings. i dont know wether to try this since i dont know if it will uninstall windows xp aswell.
please give me some instructions on what to do.

go for restoring your system.since you bought your computer anything you downloaded in your computer will go away too but it will be same like condition without viruses or spy ware.
