I'm trying to remember the title to this movie. I believe it was mid to late 80s when I saw it and I'm pretty sure it took place during Christmas. The movie begins in a toy shop where the toys come to life after midnight. The stars are this father and son pair of wind up mice connected at the hands (when wound up, the father walks around while the son flips around). At some point they accidentally get pulled away from the toy shop (possibly fall out a window) and begin a journey back to what they consider their home. I believe at some point they actually encounter live rats while trying to find their way home. One thing that I distinctly remember is the son mouse said he would like the elephant toy to be his mother and the seal toy to be his sister so he could live happily in the toy shop. Another minor detail I remember was that the elephant toy was pink. I'm pretty sure that it's not a Disney movie. Any guesses? Thanks in advance.
