DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S HELP????!!!!?
I'm a little paranoid. When I'm upstairs in my room, I feel like I'm being watched. I think the builders of the house I live in put cameras in all the vents and watch my every move. The vents are in the ceiling, which is why I'm freaking out. I feel like I can't dance around like I want to or just be myself. I also feel like this when I'm at the computer (right now). It's hard to see through the glass on my front door and it's dark outside, so I think someone is watching me.

I also feel this way walking from my bus stop...
You might have OCD - do you do anything like lock doors a certain number of times? How old are you? Sometimes OCD doesn't fully develop until your early 20s. Also if you were abused as a child it could be PTSD. I say this because I felt the same way when I was young.
