Citroen relay van 2002 2.2hdi mark 2?
engine management light comes on loses power somtimes cuts out.
when you put foot down to far.
always starts up again after about 30 seconds.
had new air flow meter, been on 2 citreon computers one in uk one in southern ireland not found fault went on another computer (renault truck dealer in ireland ) came up egr valve but did not have technical data. any help with this please.
also where on the van is the egr valve.

EGR valves are found to be a royal pain on higher milage vehicles. it probably wants cleaning as over time they coke up and stick.

the egr valve will look similar to the one above and be according to the diagrams provided by citroen it should be bolted to one of the mainifolds(not very clear) most likely exaust at one end with diaphram to the top. good luck
