Anything is possible with lots of $$$$$. Yes, a 3G eclipse has been converted into a AWD before and I seen only one so far. There are no step by step guide or procedure because of the fact of how long someone is going to write it up. Its better to go on a forum and ask for help and get a good start up by buying a donor evo or dsm awd car.
Also, your car is a V6... When you do your AWD conversion, your going to lose the V6 and use the Evo engine instead. A lot of welding and special cutting is going to be REQUIRED, not optional coming from a V6 to a I4 turbocharged.
I have to agree with Carmello too, its going to cost way more than just buying an actual AWD evo instead. Its going definitely be worth more the 10k for just parts.
