Stop Squeeks Rattles

CAR NOISES PLEASE HELP!!!!!!?
I have a peugeout 206 LX, and when i start the car it makes like a squeeky spinning noise sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt, and stops when i put my foot on the clutch, which kinda squeeks when i put my foot on it, cant hear it from inside the car but you can from the outside, not loud though, another noise is when i start to accelerate it makes like a fast spinning/whistling/fast rattling noise and stops when i put my foot on clutch to change gear and again and again till im in 3rd gear, then when i slow down to stop it makes like a wooo wooo wooo (lol sorry hard to explain), please can anyone suggest what it could be and also an average cost too.

this sounds like a throw out bearing on the clutch, you said it stops when you put your foot on the clutch, if you meant that you dont have to fully depress the clutch to get the noise to stop, then I would supect throw out bearing (this is a bearing that presses against the pressure plate in you clutch) they can start to make noise when they fail, if you can stop noise by pressing slightly on clutch( not enough to disengage engine) then this is most likely a bad bearing. only way to fix is to replace. sorry
