My Traction Control System light came on earlier, as did my Check Engine light. My friend, who is an automobile aficionado/repairman, said that it sounds like one of the wheel speed sensors has gone bad. The car has 57,000 miles on it. What is this, and how much will it cost to repair if this is the case? I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow to have a diagnostic run on it to make sure that this is indeed what it is, but in the meantime, is there something else that I could check for? A bad fuse, maybe? I noticed that right before the lights came on, the car seemed to hesitate a little bit before shifting at about 60 MPH, and the speedometer seems a little off. Any help would be much appreciated!
