7. If sound travel through water at 1,483 m/s, how far will it travel in 5 s? The speed of sound through air at 20*C is about 343m/s. How far will sound travel through air in the same amount of time?

5. The soundwaves impart some of thier kinetic energy to the particles and if it is enough energy to overcome the friction of the particles to the glass they will move off.

7. 1,483*5=7415 meters. The second question is a bit muddled but I think you mean that the air is at 20 degrees centigrate. So the solution would require the air in question to also be at that temperature but ... 343*5=1715 meters
