They are both largely the same vehicle, they share basically the same engine/transmission, unibody, and suspension. You'll just pay for the Acura. Anyway, neither one is particularly "green" If you want a greener mid-sized SUV, look at the Toyota Highlander Hybrid or Lexus RX hybrid. However overall the hybrids are not as "green" as most think. Since their batteries will have to end up somewhere at the end of their service life. And the process used to make the batteries is hardly ecologically sound in the first place. I say, just buy what you want and be happy.
