this is the message i am getting when opening firefox
i don't know how to open firefox
have closed it properly, but wont let me open it
read i must delete "lock parental" in firefox profile settings but i will not let me
when i restart pc i can open firefox but they when i close it it happens again
please help!!!! i am going mad....

i ended the firefox process (there was one running) and now i can open it again and close it, but then again the same and have to follow the same process
isnt there a way to fix it for good????

firefox isn't shutting down correctly after closing firefox if you bring up the task manager by pressing crtl+alt+del you'll probably find an entry for firerox in there which will cause that problem right click on the entry and click end process this is a temporary fix the problem will occur again.
probably the easiest way to resolve this is to completely uninstall firefox reboot your computer then reinstall firefox don't forget to save your book marks though before you uninstall firefox
