Just before closing an auto accident suit, my mom slipped and fell in Wal-mart, what should she do?
She had been hit and was finishing and about to close a recent suit from an auto accident, just had her third cortizone injection, and then slipped and fell on broken glass and a clear liquid in Wal-mart (documented by the witness which was an employee and also a manger and after going ot the emergency room because of intesified back trouble) will this change the outcome of the auto accident suit? Does she have to or need to sue Wal-mart?
If she keeps suing people and companies it'll look like she's a professional slip and fall artist.
