Accidentally found out my coworker makes the same salary as me?
I do graphic design, have been with the company 4 xs longer (I'm the longes employee there) and have more computer/tech skills. She does administrative, phones, billing. I get to work from home and office (but I provide my own overhead-computer/software etc) and she works in the office all day. I'm afraid if I rock the boat, they will ask me to work at the office all day and I will go bonkers! But I feel taken advantage of that I can be loyal these years and someone can walk through the door and make the same salary. I don't know how to feel about this whole situation.
