Emission Systems For Cars And Trucks Cheapest Parts On the Web

I press the LB button on the xbox 360 controller and it doesn't hail the taxi. I hold LB it still doesn't call the taxi. I come close or further away and still doesn't call the taxi. My controls are on originals standard controls. Am i suppose to be on the side walk only? i tried that too and it didn't work. i tried the street. I tried standing next to the passenger door, in back of the car, in front of the car a little further from the car and press LB lighter it doesn't work , hold LB for a few seconds it also does it work. So how do i get in the taxi as a passenger is there a specific place you have to stay to get into taxi? LB isn't working.
how far in the game can you hail taxi's to be a passenger? i'm up to my first mission with Vlad. i didn't do it yet though. Can i be passenger at this beginning of game?
