Arcanine's nature is disgusting. It is meant to be speedy and needs to have an Adamant or Brave nature
Porygon-Z is okay since his nature doesn't do anything.
Cloyster is a Tank, so Modest is a bad nature, so I suggest a Lax Nature.
Absol should also be Adamant or Brave
Leafeon is like Porygon-Z
Marowak is a sucky pokemon, so trade it for a Rhyperior Adamant
The items also suck for all ur pokemon, so here is my suggestion.
