Do you know how on your turn signal there is a little button that you can push to make your washer fluid come on? Well, when I push mine, only the wipers move back and forth for a few seconds. No washer fluid actually sprays out. I went to Advanced Auto Parts today and they sold me Prestone De-Icer (it’s a yellowish substance). He poured this into the blue washer fluid that was already in my car. The washer fluid n the car was sort of frozen. The De-Icer that he poured in was supposed to make it blue washer fluid become unfroze…which started to work according to him. On my way home, I tried it and nothing still sprays out. What’s the problem? I drive a 2006 ford crown victoria police interceptor.

need to place the car in a garage so that the washer fluid will thaw not just the reservoir but the pump and lines. just need to remember every fall add the lower temp washer fluid. good luck
