95 Eagle Talon Shimmy Problem?
Whenever I start going around 65 mph my car begins to shake pretty bad. I got my wheels balanced today hoping that that would solve the problem but it actually, no kidding here, made it worse. When they took my tires off my back wheels (Talon is FWD) were a little wornout but still had decent thread and the guy said that it could be causing my shimmy but I don't think that is it because my front tires were almost bald when I had them replaced and there was no issues with shaking. So my question is, could it be the tie rod? those bad rear wheels? or what could be causing this shaking?

Could be bad ball joints.. worn bushings.. worn wheel bearings or something like that.
If you don't know how to check the above.. you need to take it to a shop to do it for you.
